Support
Bug reports, questions and feature requests all go to one address, read by the person who makes the app.
Reporting a bug
These make almost any problem findable. Include whatever you have:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings > General > About).
- What you did, and what happened instead. One line is enough.
- Whether it happened on the inner screen or the cover screen, if you use an iPhone Duo.
A screenshot helps but is never required. The app has no analytics and sends nothing anywhere, so your message is the only way a problem reaches me.
Common questions
Which iPhones does it work on?
Any iPhone that runs iOS 27 or later. The camera and all manual controls work on every one of them. The cover-screen features need an iPhone Duo.
Why is nothing showing on the cover screen?
The cover screen is used only while the iPhone Duo is unfolded, AnyFront Camera is open in front of you, and the camera is running. iOS decides when that screen is available, so it switches off when you fold the phone or leave the app, and comes back when you return. Also check that cover-screen display is switched on inside the app.
How do I unlock the cover-screen features?
The camera is free. On iPhone Duo, the cover-screen features are a one-time in-app purchase. If you bought it before, on a new or reset phone, use Restore Purchases in the app's settings, signed in with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why are some controls missing on my iPhone?
Some features depend on the hardware, such as RAW and ProRAW photos, ProRes and Log video, and particular lenses. AnyFront Camera shows only what your iPhone supports.
Where are my photos and videos?
In the Photos app, like photos taken with the built-in camera.
Does the app collect my data?
No. See the privacy policy.
