AnyFront Camera

Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

The short version: AnyFront Camera collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no server. Your photos and videos stay on your iPhone.

What the app does not collect

AnyFront Camera does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. It contains no analytics or advertising software and no third-party tracking code, and it does not connect to any server of ours. We do not know who you are or that you use the app.

Camera and microphone

AnyFront Camera asks for the camera so it can take photos and videos, and for the microphone so videos can have sound. What the camera and microphone pick up is processed on your iPhone only, when you are using the app, and is never uploaded.

Your photo library

Photos and videos you take are saved to your iPhone's photo library, which is why the app asks for permission to add to it.

On iPhone Duo you can pick a photo or video from your library to show on the cover screen. The app only uses the items you pick, only to display them on your device, and never copies them anywhere else.

Settings

Your choices in the app, such as camera settings and the cover-screen options, are stored on your iPhone. They are not synced or sent anywhere, and they are removed when you delete the app.

Purchases

The cover-screen features are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. Apple handles the payment through the App Store. The app only learns whether the unlock is active on your Apple account, and stores nothing about the purchase itself. Payment details are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy, not by this one.

Children

The cover-screen animations are there to catch the attention of whoever is in front of the camera, often a child or a pet. The app is used by the person holding the phone, and it collects nothing from anyone, children included.

Apple

AnyFront Camera is distributed through the App Store. Downloads and any crash reports you choose to share with developers are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. A change that collects any data would be described here before it ships.
